Available Senior Management Positions (Contractual)
ZTBL is inviting applications for the following high-impact roles:
1. Chief Risk Officer (EVP / SEVP)
The Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for the bank's entire risk management framework. This includes developing and implementing policies to mitigate credit risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and performing prudent analysis of potential risk exposures across the bank's operations.
2. Head of Legal (SVP / EVP)
This position involves leading the legal department, assessing legal risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. The Head of Legal will oversee all legal documentation, ensure implementation of prudential regulations, manage litigation matters, and provide expert guidance on banking laws and legislation.
3. Divisional Head Operations (SVP / EVP)
The Divisional Head Operations will lead and upgrade the bank's operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing centralized operations, developing long-term operational strategies, ensuring smooth functioning of the entire branch network, and aligning the bank's operational activities with its business objectives and contingency plans.
